The Brief

Our client required a series of artificial showstopper olive trees and a selection of artificial planting for their brand-new Manchester store. With maintenance and practicality in mind, REAL living options were not an option for this install.

Our Solution

We picked natural olive trunks that worked with the required proportion and size of the trees. These trunks were preserved and cleaned, so they would look their best for years to come. Our natural trunks are sourced from sustainably managed farms, and this is one of the many things that contribute to our sustainability and environmental policy. We foliated the tree canopies with our premium quality artificial olive foliage. Liaising with the project’s designer, we custom-cut polystyrene inserts that slotted straight into the onsite planters. Polystyrene is used as a medium to install the artificial planting we were using for the project. Once the plants had been inserted into the polystyrene, they were followed by a top dressing of decorative stone. We chose a range of planting from our FireSilx FR collection that had a fresh and current look, maintaining a unique and modern appearance, which is precisely what END is known for. As with all FireSilx installs, official FR certification was provided. Our team travelled to Manchester to assist in the installation of all elements of the project. This required coordination with the project manager and various other departments.

The Outcome

The finished result is exactly what our customer had wished for. The store was complete with a range of our products which entirely reflected the branding of END Clothing. It was a delight to work on this project with our customer, who truly values the craftsmanship of our products.
