El resumen
Las expectativas de nuestros clientes eran muy claras. Nos pidieron un gran olivo de tronco natural que tuviera el mismo aspecto que el auténtico, pero que no necesitara mantenimiento ni agua. Aunque somos un equipo pequeño, tenemos un alcance global, y no podíamos esperar a empezar otro proyecto en el extranjero trabajando con un nuevo hotel tan fantástico.
Nuestra solución
Taking images of trunks from our trunk stock, we sent multiple options to our customer. We wanted them to be part of the design process, and also wanted to ensure they were happy before we moved to the next stage. We always want our trees to look spectacular, so we spend time preserving the beautiful nature details live trunks have. Our FireSilx FR foliage was used to foliate the tree ensuring that the tree is safe for use in the public setting. As this tree was travelling to Spain, we took special measuring to ensure that it could be broken down to fit on a series of pallets, but easily put back up at the other end.
El resultado
Una vez instalado, el olivo dio vida al espacio. Era el complemento perfecto para rematar el hermoso interior del nuevo hotel, y muy acorde con la región en la que se encuentra. Nos encanta escuchar buenos comentarios, y esta ocasión no fue diferente. Nuestro cliente quedó muy satisfecho con el servicio y el producto. Desde entonces, hemos visitado este fabuloso hotel y el árbol sigue teniendo el mismo aspecto que cuando nos dejó.
